finished project. Having the vision at the front end of the
project can only enhance the finished grade. For example, by
having the knowledge and expertise in true "finish
grading" at the cellar hole digging stage of a job
makes the placement of the excavated material pertinent. Many
times the landscape contractor is called in at the completion of
the general contractor or excavation contractors job. By this
stage in the game the damage is already done. Unsightly grades
